towns searched for one water dealer in a single report: one Maps search from every town on its website.

How the service is builtThe name above you is not better than you. It is busier on Google.
Search your trade in your town. The three businesses in the map get most of the calls. They answer every review, post every week and keep their profile full. Here is the gap, side by side, and the goal we set to close it.
Example numbers. Your free report shows your real ones, next to the real names above you, with the goal that passes each.
Finish a job. Text Lexi. That is the whole job.
No app, no login, no dashboard. Lexi is a text thread on your phone. Send her a photo and a line, and the rest happens on Google.

Your profile
- Built right, and kept rightComing
Categories, services, the towns you serve, hours, description and links, set by our team through Google’s manager access.
- A post from your real work, every weekComing
Text Lexi a photo of a finished job. It goes up as a post that names the job and the town. Never the same words as another business.
- Your job photos on your profileComing
The pictures you send, and the ones already on your website, uploaded to your profile. Real work, never stock.
- Holiday hours, asked and setComing
Lexi asks before each holiday. Say nothing and your normal hours stay.
- Your listings made to agreeComing
Name, address and phone made the same across the big directories, so Google and AI see one business.
Your reviews
- Every customer askedComing
One plain ask by text and email when a job is done. The same ask to everyone, and nothing offered for it.
- 4 and 5 stars answered for youComing
A short thank-you that names the job, posted within the hour. No approving, no tapping.
- 1 to 3 stars, handled with careComing
A careful draft held for a person to read first. You get a text saying what happened and what we plan to say.

Your customers search from their town, not yours.
Most rank checks stand on one spot near your shop. We run one Maps search from every town you serve, the way your customers search, so you can see the towns you win and the towns you are giving away.
Every customer asked. Every review answered.
Reviews are the first thing people read, and one of the strongest things Google looks at. Every owner knows to ask. Almost nobody remembers to, after every job. So nobody has to remember.
- 1 · Job done
Marked done in your CRM, or one text to Lexi: “finished the Parker job”.
- 2 · The ask
Hi Dana, thanks for choosing Ridgeline. Would you share how it went on Google? It takes a minute. [link]
- 3 · A review lands
Every customer gets the same ask. Nobody is filtered out, and nothing is offered.
“Fast, tidy and explained everything.”
“Thank you, Dana. Glad the new heater is running and the garage was left clean.”
Posted 9 minutes later. Nothing for you to approve.“Took two days to hear back.”
A careful draft that owns the delay and offers a call. It waits for one of our team to read it.
Lexi texts you: “A 2-star review came in about a slow callback. Here is what we plan to say.”People now ask AI who to call. We check 8 of them.
ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity and Google’s own AI answer with a short list of names. Our report asks each of them, from your towns, and shows you whether yours is on the list.
Here are a few well-reviewed plumbers in Millbrook:
- Ridgeline Plumbing 4.9 stars, known for same-day water heater swaps
- Harbor Pipe & Drain 4.7 stars
- Allied Rooter 4.5 stars
Named in 18 of 32answers. Each empty dot is a list you are missing from, and your report says what moves it.
Example answers and dots. The 8 are the AI answers our report checked for a real dealer in September 2026.
A good spot on the map is worth protecting.
Some of the names above you are not real shops.
LiveKeyword-stuffed names, virtual offices, one address holding five trades, two listings for one business. Every report checks the names around you and says which ones break Google’s rules.

We promise the work, not the ranking.
Google decides rankings. Anyone who guarantees you the top spot is guessing. Here is what we do promise, and what we never do.
What we promise
- The work, done every week and shown in your report
- The same searches, from the same towns, every month, so the trend is real
- The same plain review ask to every customer
- Your profile stays in your name. You can remove us any time.
What we will never do
- Guarantee you the top spot. Google decides rankings. Nobody honest can promise it.
- Ask only happy customers, or offer anything for a review. Google bans both.
- Swap your phone number for one of ours. Your real number stays the main one.
- Make you log into anything, learn a dashboard, or join a chat channel.
Your Google profile is one of Lexi’s jobs.
Lexi answers for your business. Each job she does is a module you switch on, and they all share one number, one memory of your business, and one team behind her.

What owners ask us.
No. We send you a manager invite from Google and you approve it once. You stay the owner, and you can remove us any time under People and access in your profile settings.
Yes. We set it up and build it out. Google asks the owner to verify it, usually with a short video filmed on your phone. We tell you exactly what to film so it passes the first time.
No. Google lets a service business hide its address and list the towns it serves instead. We set it up that way.
Once replies are live, yes for 4 and 5 star reviews: a short thank-you that names the job, written to strict rules. A 1 to 3 star review never gets an automatic reply. A person reads it first and you get a text. You can turn automatic replies off whenever you like.
No. Some services put their own tracked number on your profile. We keep your real number as the main one, and count the taps on your Call button from Google’s own numbers instead.
No. If you don’t have her yet, you get her text line with this, so there is always someone to text. If you do, she picks this up on the number you already use.
Your profile is rebuilt in the first two weeks after we have access. Rankings move at the speed of your market: a small town can move in weeks, a crowded city takes months. Your report shows the trend every month.
Pricing is on a short call, after your free report, once you have seen where you stand.
Your profile, every review and every post stay yours. We remove ourselves as manager. Nothing breaks.
